Care Home Residents Enjoy Annie Matinee and Carol Service at Priory

On Wednesday, we were delighted to welcome senior residents from Penwortham Grange & Lodge Residential Home and Priory Park Care Home for an exclusive matinee performance of Annie.

Guests were treated to a truly special afternoon – enjoying tea and scones served on our finest china by pupils during the interval. There was plenty of festive cheer as visitors joined in singing traditional Christmas tunes, and the highlight for many was meeting one of the stars of the show – Honey the dog, who played Sandy!

Following the performance, the celebrations continued in our Rose Garden, where the cast, crew, and visitors gathered for a short carol service against the backdrop of our beautiful new Christmas tree. With music provided by Mr Taylor, everyone joined in singing festive classics, creating a magical end to a memorable day.

This event is one of the many ways Priory connects with our local community, and we were thrilled to share the joy of theatre and Christmas with our guests.
