Image of Priory Pupils Head Back to Primary School To Unveil Donated Sculptures

Three of our Year 7 pupils — Alyx, Imogen and Alba — returned to their former primary school, Whitefield, this week to celebrate a wonderful achievement that began before they joined Priory.

As Year 6 Opal ambassadors, the girls wrote to Pangea Metal Sculptures to request a donation for Whitefield’s environment zone — hoping to bring a sense of awe and wonder to the space. Their thoughtful letter was met with generosity, and Pangea kindly donated two stunning sculptures: a drumming frog and an owl.

To mark the occasion, Alyx, Imogen and Alba were invited back to Whitefield to help unveil the sculptures and place them in the garden.

The primary school added, “The children at Whitefield are thrilled with the new additions and are already thinking of names for their new animal friends.”

We’re incredibly proud of Alyx, Imogen and Alba for their creativity, initiative and community spirit.  Well done!

The girls would make ideal members of Mrs Massey’s Eco Club!
