The new academic year brings extra roles for many of Priory’s Year 11 pupils. Attending school functions, speaking on behalf of the pupils during meetings with the Principal, and generally taking an active role in representing the school, are a large part of being a prefect in any capacity.
As well as these responsibilities, a prefect is expected to be enthusiastic and organised and a positive role model to our school community in terms of attitude, attendance, behaviour, appearance and manners.
Congratulations to all our prefects who have met the highest expectations needed to successfully qualify for the position.
Prefects were announced by Head of Year, Mrs Ham, and presented with their badges and ties by Mr Eastham and Mr Gee in the full school assembly last week.
