Sports Day 2025

Despite a cloudy start to Sports Day today, the skies brightened by the afternoon – and so did the energy on the field. What a fantastic day it turned out to be!

The atmosphere was buzzing, helped along by some fabulous music and a whole-school singalong to Sweet Caroline. A big shoutout to the PE Department and commentators, Mr Eastham and Mr Taylor, who kept us entertained and informed throughout the day – and of course, our cheeky mascot, Pedro the Puffin.

A special mention goes to our amazing Year 10 Business pupils, who continued their fundraising efforts for Derian House – from face painting to a confectionery stall and a raffle draw. Thank you to Tesco for donating delicious pastries, and to former pupil Elvi, who returned to lend her artistic talents at the face painting station. Thanks also go to Year 10 Yasmine, who stepped in as one of our official photographers and captured some brilliant moments from the day!
