A great match for Year 10 girls football team

REPORT BY MRS BULLOCK, PE TEACHER & HEAD OF YEAR 10.

Before the half term break the Year 10 girls played in the South Ribble 5 a-side indoor football tournament at All Hallows. 

The girls got off to a steady start drawing the first game against All Hallows B Team. All the girls grew in confidence and, by the third game, Molly had scored two great goals against All Hallows A to win 2- 0. 

We then played against Leyland St Mary's, drawing 1-1 with Alessia scoring a fantastic goal. Our final match was against Penwortham Girls High School where we drew 0-0 with some exceptional defending. 

Mrs Bullock's player of the match went to Ruby for excellent communication and goalkeeping skills.

Priory ended up coming in 4th place out of 7 teams. Well done girls, a great team effort!
