There was a bit of a buzz at Priory last week.

Word must have got out that we are as sweet as honey when a swarm of bees arrived just as pupils were about to leave school for the day. Staff and bus drivers moved quicker than Usain Bolt to shut windows and doors to keep everyone safe. We later found that the bees had set up home in the orchard.

Unfortunately, we couldn’t allow them to stay so a beekeeper from Lancashire Honey came to move these precious creatures to a new home.
