Assistant Head of Maths Mr Henshaw, along with the Maths Department, ran a competition asking Year 7 pupils to say what they particularly enjoy about the subject. Pupils were tasked with completing the following sentence,  "I love Maths because..."

I love Maths because there is only one answer to a question, it's either right or wrong. It helps you solve a problem and it's good for your brain as it gets your neurons active. Maths can also save you money - you can work out which is the best bargain!
